Job Summary
Maintain the fitness floor by cleaning, straightening, and disinfecting equipment and upholstery daily. Test circuit training gear, lubricate and grease machines, and re-rack weights as needed. Perform spot cleaning on walls, mirrors, windows, and diamond plating while emptying trash and recycling cans. Stock inventory and conduct facility dusting. Report any facility issues immediately. Complete the daily cleaning checklist and obtain manager sign-off before leaving. Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented demeanor while wearing company attire and sneakers. Follow all company policies and procedures.

- Punctual and responsible.
- Detail oriented and a good eye for attention to detail.
- Willing to get hands dirty.
- All Floor Tech employees are to wear company staff shirt along with either khaki pants or black athletic pant.
- Sneakers must be worn.
- No boots, heals or sandals.
- Front Desk staff should be well groomed and neat.
- Employees are required to complete the daily cleaning checklist and have the manager signed off before leaving the facility.
