Floor Tech/Porter

Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensuring cleaning schedules are followed closely. Routine cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash baskets in resident rooms, plus scouring and polishing bathroom apparatus. Sanitize and vacuum all community areas daily while maintaining personal and environmental safety. Store cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and keep utility and storage areas in good order. Clean and properly store all equipment at the end of each shift.
