Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for assigned areas, including carpeted, slick floors, and cement walkways. Provide slick floor services such as stripping, waxing, spray buffing, sweeping, and mopping with proper edging. Clean baseboards and respond to emergency calls for spills, body fluids, and markings using universal precautions. Maintain professional appearance while interacting with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff. Work 4:30pm to 11:00 pm, including weekends, as a part-time position. Lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently while standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Adhere to local health regulations, including drug screening and background checks. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of English language
- Must be able to work the hours as scheduled
- Must meet all local health regulations
- Must meet drug screening requirement
- Must meet criminal background investigation requirement
- Must meet reference inquiry requirement
- Must live in service area
- Solid work history as a Floor Tech
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Recent experience as a Floor Tech
- Should be familiar with all floor care procedures including equipment and products to use
- Preferred candidates are motivated
- Preferred candidates are meticulous
- Preferred candidates are able to work with numerous interruptions
