Job Summary
Perform sweeping, mopping, stripping, and refinishing of hard flooring surfaces, and vacuum and scrub carpeted areas in patient rooms, offices, hallways, and restrooms. Operate motorized equipment including hydraulic lift gates, floor stripping machines, polishers, and carpet extractors while handling chemicals with appropriate PPE. Move furniture as needed and report maintenance conditions to the supervisor. Maintain all floor machines in clean working condition. Requires one year of floor technician experience, ability to pass a federal background check, and attendance on varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be able to pass a Federal Background Check
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a floor technician
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions in English
- occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Varying work shifts
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
