Job Summary
Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors while maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility. Remove trash and soiled linens from designated areas and ensure all equipment remains clean, well-maintained, and in good working order. Follow safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents and staff while working closely with team members to ensure efficient task completion. Walk in interviews are held Wednesdays from 10am-3pm for on-the-spot hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
- Strong work ethic with a focus on providing excellent service
- Consistency and the ability to keep to schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Floor Tech experience is a plus, including experience with stripping and waxing floors
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and safety
