Floor Tech - North College Campus

Floor Technician role performing floor maintenance tasks including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning for commercial facilities. Responsibilities include performing commercial cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness standards, utilizing appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment for various floor surfaces, inspecting floors for damages and reporting maintenance issues, and following safety protocols. Must work effectively in a team, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be willing to learn new cleaning methods and technologies. Experience in floor care and environmental/ custodial duties is valued. Location: North Houston area (6160 North 77015 area), Full-time position.
