Job Summary
The Floor Technician is responsible for ensuring that all floor surfaces are properly cleaned and maintained according to management's instructions. Floor Techs need to be cross-trained in housekeeping and laundry to fill in when required, and they will perform other assigned duties. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in a skilled trade or relevant technical training. A minimum of two years of experience in physical plant operations and equipment maintenance in an institutional healthcare setting is required.
