Job Summary
Floor Tech at Retro Fitness responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the gym floor, testing equipment for efficiency, stocking products, lubricating and greasing training equipment, and reporting facility issues to management. Must display a positive, upbeat demeanor, strong communication, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness. Working environment is inside the Retro Fitness Outlet with hours that may vary including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Supervised by Front End Manager; responsibilities include daily cleaning, equipment upkeep, and adherence to company policies and procedures, plus wearing the designated staff attire.
