Job Summary
Floor Tech performs daily cleaning of facility floors to maintain a clean, attractive environment in accordance with Life Care standards, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing; must communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, ensure patient safety and rights, maintain confidentiality, and follow company policies; requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior health care experience preferred
- Demonstrate independence in decision-making
- Knowledge of laws/regulations in post-acute care facility
- Follow department programs/goals/policies
