Job Summary
Conduct routine building cleaning across manufacturing floors, offices, break rooms, stairwells, supply closets, lobbies, elevators, health trailers, fire areas, showers, and the security guard shack. Operate commercial floor machines safely to strip, wax, buff, burnish, and polish hard surfaces while maintaining various flooring types according to company standards. Perform sweeping, mopping, buffing, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing of surfaces, plus stock supply rooms and assist with periodic floor restoration projects. Maintain floor care equipment and supplies. This full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift role requires a background check, drug screening, and TWIC card, with on-call flexibility. Required Qualifications
- TWIC Card
- Must have an original birth certificate and ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility with schedules- This position can be On Call during the week
- Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently
- Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes, gloves and long pants while working
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
