Join HCSG as a Floor Tech, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of floors in a long-term care facility, offering hands-on training and supporting community well-being. High school diploma preferred, with floor care experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Residency within the service area required
