Job Summary
Perform routine floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing) and operate floor care equipment (scrubbers, buffers, extractors) to maintain polished, clean floors in commercial and medical settings. Address stains and spills promptly, uphold high sanitation standards, and collaborate with the maintenance team. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, follow safety guidelines, and lift/move heavy equipment as needed. Communicate professionally with building occupants and adapt to a schedule that includes evenings and weekends while traveling to multiple Sacramento-area locations (Sacramento, Yuba City, Chico, Fairfield).
