Job Summary
Floor Tech – Experienced handles daily floor cleaning to maintain a clean, attractive facility in line with Life Care standards and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, buffing), exhibiting excellent customer service toward patients, assisting in patient evacuation, and functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team. Requires adherence to policies, confidentiality of information, and completion of Code of Conduct and compliance training. Skills include understanding health-care standards, safety and sanitation, proactive decision-making, communication, reliability in attendance, and ability to read/write/speak English. The role supports a facility environment with safety, professionalism, and collaboration with associates and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior health care experience preferred
