Job Summary
Floor Tech / Driver at Erickson Senior Living’s Charlestown campus in Catonsville, MD. Maintain and scrub hard floor surfaces (include buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing) and carpeted areas, vacuuming and extraction; clean vertical surfaces; remove trash; move and arrange furniture in common spaces and residential areas; deliver residents’ items to storage, vehicles, or apartments; operate housekeeping equipment/vehicles safely. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the community
- Must have a current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred
- Specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable and take precedence
