Job Summary
Dust mop, sweep, buff, scrub, lay wax, strip wax, extract, and shampoo carpets while maintaining high quality and timeliness standards. Report unit maintenance issues and damaged, dirty, or stained carpets per company procedure. Ensure a safe working environment by utilizing supplies and equipment efficiently. Complete timesheets per job site and utilize time wisely. Work Monday through Friday from 6pm to 2:30am at commercial properties in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to learn and change behavior
- Work irregular hours
