Job Summary
Operate walk-behind and riding floor scrubbers, perform daily maintenance, and manage various vacuum cleaning tasks. Execute assigned cleaning schedules and track all work performed, completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain organization and implementation skills to ensure periodical work is completed accurately. This role requires a mechanically inclined candidate with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, offering paid training and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates with experience as a Floor Technician
- Candidate with working knowledge of proper floor cleaning procedures and a knowledge of floor machines necessary to perform assigned tasks
- Organization and Implementation skills
- Mechanically inclined
- All applicants must be at least 18 with valid identification
- All Applicants have reliable transportation
- A valid drivers license
