Job Summary
Full-time custodial role focused on specialized floor care: surface maintenance (sweeping, mopping, dust mopping, vacuuming), floor restoration (strip, wax, buff on VCT, tile, concrete), carpet care (shampoo, extract, spot-clean), operating floor equipment (buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors), chemical handling per MSDS, safety compliance (non-slip signs, ventilation, infection control), site preparation and transport of equipment at Bay City, Midland, and Saginaw facilities. Requires 18+ with identification, background check, valid driver’s license, drug screening, and open availability. Training and opportunities for advancement provided by Clean Team Inc.
