Floor Tech

Perform day-to-day janitorial services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Execute floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, and buffing using appropriate machinery. Maintain resident confidentiality and treat long-term and short-term care residents with kindness, dignity, and respect. Apply a positive attitude toward the elderly while adhering to established safety protocols. Previous floor care experience is preferred, though training will be provided for those without it. This part-time role supports the Monroe Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center's mission to serve the rehabilitation and healthcare needs of the community.
