Job Summary
Clean, strip, wax, buff, and polish facility floors while operating maintenance equipment safely. Maintain carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, and spot cleaning, and remove scuff marks, stains, and debris from surfaces. Assist with general housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, plus collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables. Ensure cleaning supplies are stored properly and follow infection control, safety, and OSHA guidelines. Report maintenance concerns, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, and previous healthcare floor care experience preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and pushing equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or long-term care setting
- Ability to operate floor maintenance equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
