Job Summary
Greet guests, check tickets, and direct them to auditoriums while assisting with ticket kiosks and answering showtime questions. Manage guest concerns by escalating complex issues to leadership and utilizing the POS system to process payments accurately. Operate concession equipment, clean auditoriums and facilities, and enforce theater rules regarding conduct and age policies. Execute opening and closing checklists, maintain clean workstations, and respond to emergency situations per safety procedures. Work across all roles including greeter, usher, cashier, and kitchen as needed. Available for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in Hagerstown, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work at our facility in Hagerstown, MD
- Minimum age requirement: Age 16 or over
- Open availability with the ability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
- Currently seeking candidates with open availability
- Able to speak English fluently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Able to ascend and descend using a ladder
- Able to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, often in a repetitive manner throughout the shift
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work under Maryland youth employment laws
- A valid work permit is required for minors under 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak in Spanish fluently, or converse in American Sign Language (ASL), a plus
