Job Summary
Oversee floor table games operations and supervise dealers to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service. Provide staff guidance and training, manage inventory and payroll tasks, support recruitment and performance reviews, and contribute to promotional initiatives. Requires knowledge of core table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Tiles), strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze reports and enforce gaming regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or education equivalent
- Two (2) years Table Game experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in card room operations
- Knowledge of at least 3 of the 5 core table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Tiles)
- Knowledge of NY gaming commissions rules and regulations
