Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily floor operations within The Twenty Two's Mayfair Members’ Club, ensuring consistent guest-focused service across shifts. Train, brief, and develop staff; uphold The Twenty Two’s service standards and rituals; coordinate with bar, kitchen, and reservations teams to ensure a refined, welcoming club atmosphere; manage guest feedback with discretion and empathy; support management with staff development and quality control; contribute to a smooth flow from table planning to member relations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a luxury hotel, bar, or private members’ club
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Guest-first mindset and calm professionalism under pressure
- Supervise service teams and maintain service standards
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and monitor staff performance
- Collaborate with management on training and development opportunities
