Floor Supervisor Table Games

Observe all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and game protection while monitoring pace and guest flow. Supervise delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with core standards, verify bankrolls from previous shifts, and accurately track player actions including buy-ins and win/loss. Provide customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes, and filling requests, while assisting in training and evaluating subordinate employees. Operate all games in accordance with gaming laws, Title 31, and company policies, notifying management immediately of unusual activity or when adjustments to open table games are needed. Maintain proper bankroll levels and ensure all documents and procedures are followed. Requires one year supervisory experience, knowledge of assigned games, ability to input player information into casino systems, and a Gaming Registration.
