Directly supervise table games operations and dealers, ensuring high proficiency in dealing and superior guest service. Manage opening and closing of assigned games while maintaining proper bankroll levels and observing players to evaluate performance against department policy. Uphold a professional presence by engaging players, resolving disputes escalated from dealers, and notifying managers of unusual activity or equipment tampering. Maintain a clean environment, verify document accuracy, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires a Nevada Gaming License, Alcohol Awareness Card, and two years of casino operations experience.
