Job Summary
As a Floor Supervisor for Table Games, you will oversee the smooth operation of table gaming activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of five years of casino experience, including two years as a dealer, and the ability to proficiently deal several table games.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years casino experience
- Minimum of three years in a Dual-Rated management level
- Class III background
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Table Games dealer
- Ability to proficiently deal Mini Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, carnival games, and Blackjack
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations, Policies & Procedures
