Floor Supervisor Store 202 Austin TX

Floor Supervisor will assist with managing overall store operations and assume primary responsibility in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Managers. Responsibilities include supervising staff to achieve company goals, providing excellent customer service, greeting and aiding customers, handling calls and pages, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring product knowledge and store layout familiarity. Additional duties cover operating and maintaining store functions, opening/closing the store, assisting with Loss Prevention, Safety, and Internal Audits, coordinating with GMs/Assistant Managers, maintaining cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stock areas, executing price changes and signage updates, and supporting cashiering functions including training and audits. Leadership responsibilities involve training associates, leading by example, and contributing to merchandising and cost-control discussions for advancement planning.
