Job Summary

Oversee assigned zones of gaming machines with up to 50 employees, coordinating activities and responding to guest requests while ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies. Maintain working knowledge of slot processes and systems to maximize revenue, conducting advisory and coaching meetings to evaluate staff service standards. Resolve conflicts involving employees or customers, investigating claims using surveillance and slot recall data to make proper determinations. Document issues for upper management and perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operation. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree and one year of casino industry experience required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors in business or related field degree
  • Minimum one (1) year casino industry experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Understanding of slot operations and its relation to the organization as a whole
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing in English
  • Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
  • Strength sufficient to move up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone
  • Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position
  • Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties
  • Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences
