Job Summary
Lead the sales floor as Floor Supervisor, responsible for opening/closing the store, driving daily sales goals, coaching and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional Calvin Klein experience, maintaining brand standards and visuals, restocking and remerchandising as needed, and embodying a friendly, inclusive store culture. Must be able to lead by example, manage daily operations, and engage customers to build brand connection. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; in-store leadership with a focus on team development and store performance.
