Job Summary
Execute merchandising and visual standards to create a relaxed destination, while determining performance expectations and providing coaching to your crew. Onboard new hires to build a collaborative team, share product knowledge on seasonal trends, and inspire staff to exceed guest expectations. Manage internal growth programs and support business operations through varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Apply strong leadership skills to drive key results within this upscale retail environment focused on exceptional guest service and a diverse team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail
- exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts
- experience supervising a team in a management capacity
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- "get things done" mindset
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- natural collaborator
- ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Climbing ladders – occasionally
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
