Lead incredible shifts by motivating your team and delivering outstanding hospitality to ensure guests have the best possible experience. Proactively plan, prepare, and brief your staff while setting an example to drive venue efficiency and solve problems on the floor. Work with management to drive sales and bring ideas, processes, and organization to life through excellent support, training, and encouragement. Attend required training courses to develop leadership skills and gain certifications such as First Aid, Fire Marshalls, and Personal Licenses.
