Job Summary
Execute merchandising and visual standards to create a relaxed destination, while determining performance expectations and providing coaching to your crew. Onboard new hires and develop the best talent to build a collaborative team that drives key results. Share product knowledge on seasonal trends and emphasize brand direction through strong communication to exceed guest expectations. This role requires 2+ years of retail experience with supervisory exposure and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Schedule includes varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail
- exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts
- experience supervising a team in a management capacity
- strong leadership and organizational skills

- ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Climbing ladders – occasionally
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
