Job Summary
Floor Supervisors at Calvin Klein lead customer engagement and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include coaching associates, managing inventory and merchandising according to brand standards, and addressing customer concerns. This role also involves motivating staff to meet sales goals and supporting recruitment efforts. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience and a flexible schedule. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience required
- Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and overnight shifts
- High school graduate/equivalent preferred

- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
