Job Summary
The Floor Supervisor supports the Store and Assistant Manager in various functions, including personnel management, product merchandising, and operational compliance. Responsible for encouraging sales, ensuring service quality per Tommy Hilfiger standards, and maintaining store presentation. Will assist with recruiting and training associates, managing inventory processes, and communicating business performance metrics. This role requires teamwork and leadership skills, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail management or supervision
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Availability to undertake night shifts, weekends, and holidays
