Floor Supervisor - Factorie Menlyn Park

Floor Supervisor at Factorie Menlyn Park supports the Store Manager and enables the team to deliver a great customer experience while driving departmental and brand outcomes. Responsibilities include owning the department and executing Brand direction across visual merchandising, trade actions, inventory processes and presentation; coaching the team in partnership with Store Management; providing feedback to grow departmental performance; applying a commercial eye to spot trade opportunities and improve customer experience; ensuring customer excellence and department results through planning and direction; advocating for the Cotton On Group Foundation and guiding the team on global projects; stepping in to support broader store operations as needed.
