Job Summary
Oversee gaming floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring tables run smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members. Monitor team performance to meet KPIs and expectations, manage projects and deadlines, and coach staff on motivation. Handle time and attendance maintenance, resolve employee relations issues including disciplinary cases, and work with operations to ensure team and operational success. Requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with game presenter or shuffler background preferred. Full-time role with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Technically proficient
- High level of organization
