Floor supervisor

Manage overall store operations and direct staff to achieve company goals, assuming primary responsibility for the store in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Managers. Greet customers, resolve complaints, and ensure all calls are answered promptly while maintaining a positive, professional, and safe work environment. Oversee opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, safety audits, and daily maintenance of the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas. Supervise forklift operations, receiving, stocking, and merchandise resets to ensure accurate inventory levels and current signage. Assist with cashiering functions, including training, audits, and reports, while communicating operational issues to management. Work flexible hours and perform all other duties as assigned.
