Floor Supervisor

Ensure orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation while assisting in creating employee schedules that distribute tasks fairly and maintain expected efficiency. Prepare annual performance reports for Housekeeping Attendants and handle guest requests or complaints quickly, informing the Housekeeping Manager of any issues. Manage teams successfully in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional presentation. Requires at least two years of experience in a similar position, a good command of English, and the ability to work well under pressure.
