Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Room Attendants and Housemen; inspect guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards; monitor room status updates and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure room readiness and timely maintenance; respond to guest requests and service recovery opportunities; conduct coaching, training, and quality inspections to maintain high performance; monitor attendance, grooming, productivity, and adherence to departmental procedures; manage Lost & Found handling and ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards; support sustainability initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment; requires minimum 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a premium hotel; Thai language proficiency is mandatory, English knowledge is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a premium hotel environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Thai (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
