Job Summary
Floor Supervisor in a hotel housekeeping department responsible for daily staff scheduling and briefing, supervising and training housekeeping personnel, conducting inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards, maintaining discipline and morale, monitoring performance with performance-tracking, reporting issues to the Housekeeping Manager, managing inventory of linens and supplies, and ensuring proper use of cleaning equipment and safety procedures while delivering guest-focused service and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Good oral proficiency in English
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure environments
- Well-presented and professionally groomed
- Team player and builder
