Floor Supervisor (40hr) - JD Sports - Festival Mall

Responsibilities include supporting the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team, ensuring operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset, generating motivation and commitment within the store, allocating time and handling multiple tasks to complete priorities, managing merchandise and visual presentation, and driving performance through store KPIs (turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.). Requires a Matric certificate with minimum 3 years retail experience and at least 1 year store leadership, high flexibility and adaptability to different customers, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic sales planning.
