FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Greet guests with a smile and eye contact while actively promoting the venue and directing calls to appropriate parties. Efficiently assist greeters in seating guests according to service sequence standards and run food to tables, announcing each item as delivered. Collect guest personal information for the marketing database and maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to Southern Nevada Health District guidelines. Communicate effectively with Operations Managers regarding staff or maintenance issues and assist staff in areas needed to ensure proper service standards. Support Management in set up and execution of large party events while motivating teams to identify and resolve service problems professionally. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the venue and adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.
