Job Summary
Receive, process, and stock merchandise by transferring racks from trucks, scanning cases via RF device, and preparing products to floor standards. Replenish store utilities including catalogs and bags, retrieve returns for disposition, and pick and ship orders against paperwork. Reprocess rejected items, change prices, and organize backstock areas by item ID and size. Maintain a clean work space, adhere to safety protocols, and provide exceptional customer service using the GUIDE selling model. Availability requires early morning shifts from 5am to 1pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Some Experience
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work in a retail environment
- Ability to multi-task and/or change tasks frequently
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to meet units per hour production standard
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, energetic spirit and team player
- Availability for early morning shift - 5am-1pm
