Job Summary
Floor Staff members provide guest service across Concession and Usher roles, with responsibilities including operating the POS system, handling cash and transactions accurately, upselling Premium Viewing Experience options (3D, RPX, IMAX), promoting Regal Crown Club, and ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies. Duties also cover ticketing support, answering guest questions, maintaining concession equipment, following food safety laws, and upholding the company dress code. The role may be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, with attendance and safety as foundational requirements. Additional expectations include reading training materials on harassment and discrimination, effective communication with customers and team members, and performing opening/closing and cleaning duties across assigned areas (Concession or Usher). Alcohol-service duties (where applicable) require legal-age certification. The theatre emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, customer service quality, and maintaining clean, safe environments for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, it is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
