Job Summary
Floor Staff wanted for theatre operations including Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Responsibilities include operating POS systems and handling cash, upselling Premium Viewing Experiences, promoting loyalty programs, ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies, providing excellent guest service, processing ticket sales, maintaining cleanliness, and performing general duties across assigned areas. Must have attendance reliability, ability to handle emergencies, read training materials on harassment and discrimination, and possess required certifications (cast certification, alcohol service where applicable). Physical duties include standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 60 pounds, and routine movement throughout the venue. Part-time schedule with pay starting at $12.50/hour (approx. $26,000/year). Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Alcohol certification and training as applicable (Regal Responsible Beverage Server training)
- Regal online training materials on harassment and discrimination
- Ability to operate POS, handle cash and payments accurately
- Public speaking and effective listening skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to perform physical duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds)
