Job Summary
The Floor Staff at Rock Spot Climbing deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a safe, fun environment through instruction and group facilitation under a shift supervisor. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, belay instruction and services, evaluating safety on the climbing floor, maintaining climbing routes, and keeping areas clean. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), belaying experience, comfort working with children, strong customer service and sales skills, and a punctual, reliable, safety-conscious, outgoing personality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Rock Spot Climbing core values emphasize creating outstanding customer experiences and teamwork.
Required Qualifications

- Previous indoor rock climbing and belaying experience
