Job Summary
Provide belay instruction and belay services; deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests; ensure a safe and fun environment on the climbing floor; conduct orientations and belay instruction; monitor for safety hazards; perform route maintenance and routine cleaning to maintain a welcoming space; duties carried out under supervision of a shift supervisor; requires punctuality, reliability, and experience with indoor climbing and working with children.
Required Qualifications
- Punctual and reliable
- Previous indoor rock climbing and top rope belaying experience
- Safety conscious
- Previous experience working with children
- Customer service and sales experience
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
