Job Summary
Conduct guest service by selling tickets, concessions, and managing the box office or ushering duties. Operate POS systems to handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards with accuracy while up-selling premium viewing experiences. Direct patrons to auditoriums, enforce MPAA ratings, and inspect backpacks for security. Perform general cleaning duties including theatre inspections, restocking vending equipment, and maintaining lobby cleanliness. Ensure compliance with food safety laws, alcohol certification, and company dress codes. Maintain consistent attendance and respond to emergency situations as called upon.

- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required

- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
- Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate
- Complete the Regal Entertainment Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
