Job Summary
Floor Staff in San Diego's Tasting Room and Kitchen greets guests, provides menus and initial questions, assists with navigating the venue and retail shop, delivers food and beverages, processes orders and payments via the POS, buses tables, and supports a high level of customer service. The role involves answering questions, resolving complaints, restocking stations, and helping to create memorable experiences that turn visitors into life-long fans of Cutwater Spirits. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a food handler's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days), and 1+ years in food service, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The position reports to the Floor Manager and operates in a fast-paced environment in San Diego, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A food handler's license, or ability to secure one within 30 days of employment
- 1+ years’ experience working in the food service industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
