Floor Staff across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles at Regal theatre in Pinellas Park. Part-time positions with variable hours and responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash drawer and payments, upselling Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX), promoting rewards programs, ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings, assisting guests with questions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to dress code. Roles may require alcohol certification training where applicable, and staff must read training materials covering topics such as harassment and discrimination. Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, it is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
