Job Summary
Seasonal Floor Staff responsible for ushering, concession, and customer service in a cinema; duties include scanning tickets, seating guests, managing crowd control, enforcing MPAA rating rules, conducting in-theatre inspections, handling concessions and POS transactions, promoting the Regal Crown Club, maintaining cleanliness, complying with dress code and safety policies, and performing opening/closing duties. Positions are nights, weekends, and holidays with a 3-month seasonal term and potential extension based on performance; roles may involve ushering or concession duties and require occasional alcohol service certification if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member or progress towards completion required.
- If theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
